It's Zuzana’s turn to set the challenge this week over at The Daring Cardmakers and she has chosen:
MIRACULOUS SOCIAL NETWORKS
She would like to see Facebook, Twitter, Skype, You Tube ... on your cards.
You can use funny sentiments, colour scheme, fonts, style, layout or PC image.
Well, I have to say this one had me well and truly stumped. I don’t use twitter or skype, so decided to think about how I could use Facebook to come up with an idea. As it’s Valentine’s day soon I thought I’d use the relationship status bit from Facebook to make a Valentine’s card:
The heart is hand cut from chipboard then covered with some Pink Petticoat paper and edged with glitter. The paper is some 12x12 sheets I have had for absolutely years so I was pleased to finally find a use for them! I tried to replicate the font and colours from Facebook for the text and I personalised it by adding mine and my boyfriend’s names, and the date we met. How sweet is that?!

Beautiful card Sharon, I love your take on this weeks dare x

awwwww your social networks card is soooooo sweet and pretty. It reminds me of an embroidered sampler because it's so personal - you should frame it for your wall
